About Alberty Publishing

Our LLC forms have been drafted by legal author Steven C. Alberty. Before turning to writing on a full-time basis, Alberty practiced law for more than 30 years in Denver, Colorado, and Eugene, Oregon, and focused on the areas of tax and business organizations. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Colorado and was a member of Order of the Coif at the University of Colorado School of Law as well as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review.
